Josh Graham
Josh has been playing guitar since he was fourteen years old with numerous local bands such as Those Boys and Their Kites, Obie One, as part of a duet and trio with Hilary, he has also played in a variety of much larger bands. Although Josh has played all over the country he has mainly performed in regular gigs all over East Anglia. His arrangement of Black Magic Woman is second to none (sorry, Carlos Santana).
Not content with just playing the guitar Josh decided to try his hand at playing the bass with extraordinary results, his funky chunky sound is instantly recognisable and example of which can famously be heard in his introduction to Superstition, Steve Wonder would be awe struck. Josh has played bass with the Rebel Souls and the Jamie Williams Band in addition to the Coyotes, in gigs all over East Anglia.
Josh has recently picked up the double bass to pursue another aspect of jazz. He can be seen every Wednesday at Mustard Restaurant's basement in Chelmsford, mainly with the Delarre brothers of Mawkin fame, Jamie on his magnificent fiddle and Dave on his extraordinary guitar, in addition to many other artists. They also play public and private functions in many other locations.
